John and Doreen welcome you to our comfortable, friendly accommodation on the ground floor of our home, featuring two large well-appointed bedrooms with TV and DVD. Guests have their own dining and lounge area with television and DVD, heated with a log fire in the winter.The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, fridge,toaster etc. In addition, we offer an outdoor barbecue area in a colourful, relaxing garden setting, next to secure off road parking. Please note a traditional cooked Irish breakfast, cereal,juice etc is included in our price.
As part of our service to guests we can advise and construct short half day or full day sight seeing tours or vineyard visits. We are very central in the Margaret River and Cape Naturaliste tourist areas. Please give us a call or email us directly with any queries or special requirements.

Directions: Approaching Busselton, follow the Town centre signs, not the by-pass. Follow the directions to Dunsborough/Margaret River, we are situated approximately five minutes along Bussell Highway on the right hand side, corner of Jean Street. The main road narrows to single lane, at this point look out for the Gull Service Station on the right, the next turn to the right is Jean Street. The B&B is signposted from the main road. We are a two storey home set behind a stand of green pines on the corner.
